From the Netflix anime series Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045, the Robot Spirits Tachikoma features extensive articulation with joints in unique places, such as the claw, wrists, and eyeballs. Sitting at just over three inches tall, the Tachikoma can easily be converted from footed form to the high-speed running form.
