Product Description
During the Warring Kingdoms of ancient China, Shin and Hyou are war orphans in the Qin Kingdom. They dream of a day when they too can prove themselves on the battlefield. One day, Hyou is spotted by a minister of the kingdom who offers to take him to the palace. Later, Hyou returns to the village, badly wounded and dies in the arms of his "brother". Shin then meets a young boy who looks exactly like Hyou, his name is Ei Sei. He is the fallen pretender to the Qin throne and asks Shin to help him fight his terrible half-brother Sei Kyou and thus regain his rightful place. Ei Sei is of royal blood, he is since the death of his father the legitimate pretender to the Qin kingdom. Shin, on the other hand, is a poor orphan and his most ardent wish is to become a powerful and renowned war general. This statue stands in 1/6 scale format. You have here the "two brothers" side by side. The Ying and the Yang symbolize their two universes, for one the pomp and betrayals of the palace for the other the horrors of the battlefield. Two brothers, two crossed destinies.
