Lieutenant Green was originally based W.A.S.P. communications centre, where he was soon promoted to commander of communications installations at Marineville control tower. Seeing the potential of this man Spectrum offered him the post of Cloud Base chief controller.
Designed with collectors in mind, each figure sports 5 points of jointed articulation, authentic character likenesses and detailed costumes.
