At war since '84, the Transformers and their two factions the Autobots and the Decepticons , led by Optimus Prime and Megatron, were in stasis for millions of years after they crash-landed on Earth, but were awoken just 40 years ago to continue their fight. This 24k gold plated coin, limited to 1,984 worldwide, commemorates that fight by depicting the two leaders at loggerheads. Measuring 38mm in diameter, each coin is supplied within its own protective acrylic display case and includes a stand for display.
