Product Description
Weta Workshop has been crafting something truly divine in collaboration with artist and writer Rachel Smythe.
In the shadowy realms of the underworld, where even the rays of Apollo dare not tread, there is little to lift one's spirits.
Burdened by an ever-growing legion of souls to shepherd, countless creatures to command, and a celestial family tree that’s more twisted than a labyrinth, Hades finds himself dulled by an exquisite blend of melancholy and suppressed yearnings.
That is, until one fateful night, when a tempestuous young goddess bursts into his life, uninvited and utterly irresistible...
Wētā Workshop has taken on the challenge of translating Hades, the enigmatic ruler of the underworld, from his 2D origins into a breathtaking 3D masterpiece.
Captured at the very beginning of his journey, this figure embodies the melancholic yet curious side of Hades, a god whose shadowy existence is suddenly illuminated by the arrival of the bright and radiant Persephone.
Daniel Holland has meticulously sculpted every detail, from the brooding expression that hints at a deep well of emotions to the subtle nuances of his posture, reflecting his intrigue and guarded heart.
The iconic design has been faithfully lifted straight from the pages of Lore Olympus, bringing to life the striking contrasts and bold lines that define Smythe’s art.
