The remarkable flying machine from the Dune universe is now available as an intricately designed 1/72 scale model kit. Inspired by Legendary's Dune, every part is carefully crafted to offer a highly realistic representation and provide maximum enjoyment during assembly.
Once assembled the model has a wingspan of just over 28 inches and a length just under 13 inches. This kit includes four crew figures, transparent parts for the cockpit canopy, and a display stand.
The gear mechanism inside the fuselage allows for independent control of each pair of wings, enabling the left and right sections to perform flapping motions up and down together.
The 1/72 scale Atreides Ornithopter model kit also includes two sets of interchangeable landing gear systems, reproducing both the landing and flying modes.
