Once a sorcerer pharaoh whose reign was so vile his name was erased from Egyptian history, the Forgotten King pursues a sinister agenda, gathering mystical artifacts from around the world for some unknown purpose. Every soldier sent to stop him is killed and re-animated into an undead zombie that is under the Forgotten King's command.
Worried the Forgotten King’s reign of terror will not be able to be stopped, the military enlists the help of monster hunter Declan Van Helsing. Seeing no other option, Declan goes against the Van Helsing family’s wishes and opens Tomb 13, freeing the world's most powerful vampire…Count Dracula. His rationale - it may take a monster to bring down a monster.
And so, Operation: Monster Force is formed! Under Dracula’s direction, a unique vampire strike unit is created called “Delta Red,” whose undead condition makes them immune to the Forgotten King’s powers. It’s a race against time for Dracula and Van Helsing to discover the Forgotten King’s hidden lair and destroy him before his mysterious plan reaches completion.
Delta Red Bio: Facing the undead army of the Forgotten King, only soldiers immune to death could stand a chance. Enter Delta Red: an elite unit transformed through experimental vampire blood injections, granting them immortality and resistance to necromantic control. These vampire soldiers, with glowing red eyes and enhanced abilities, operate under Dracula’s field command, though their unique origin keeps them free from his psychic domination. Equipped for relentless battle, they tear through zombie legions with ruthless efficiency. The transformation is reversible if cycled before 13 full moons, but until then, Delta Red is humanity’s ultimate weapon against the forces of the undead.

“Delta Red” is the code name for a secret military unit tasked with battling the Apophis Legion. When it became clear that sending living operatives to battle the Forgotten King only resulted in filling the ranks of his undead army, a different tactic was needed.
Agent Declan Van Helsing proposed the creation of a new kind of soldier – one that was already undead, and not capable of being controlled by the enemy. He extracted blood from one of the master vampires in the Van Helsing Tomb, and it was administered to volunteers from American Delta Forces. The blood has successfully given the soldiers vampiric abilities, most importantly, however, it has made them immune to the call of the Forgotten King, and keeps them from becoming part of his Apophis Legion.
Agent Van Helsing chose the blood of a Master Vampire who is still sealed away in the Van Helsing Tomb. Because of that, Dracula cannot exercise psychic control over the members of Delta Red.
The process of vampirization can be reversed, changing the members of Delta Red back to their original living, breathing selves, as long as their tour does not exceed 13 full moons.
