After the shocking murder of Silicon Valley tech icon David "Zapper" Levasque, members of the elite military strike team Eagle Force, Sonny Yen and Frank Walsh become the prime suspects as they flee from the scene. As evidence mounts, retired Eagle Force commander Lt. Shiro “Kayo” Kawamura mobilizes a team of martial arts experts called the “Talon Company”, to bring them to justice. In a surprising twist, both Sonny and Frank claim their innocence, implicating Kayo’s old foe, Savitar, long believed deceased.
